Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage and self-growth. Whether you’re seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, healing from life’s challenges, or navigating complex relationships, I offer a supportive and collaborative space to help you move toward greater balance and well-being. I recognize that today’s world presents unique stressors—financial pressures, rapid social changes, and the emotional weight of current events can all impact mental health. Therapy can be a grounding space to process these experiences and rediscover a sense of hope, purpose, and empowerment.
I work with high achieving, type A women. Together, you and I will create ways to stop being a people pleaser, have more time for yourself, find balance instead of burnout, feel joy, and create joy for yourself and those around you. Get rid of the guilt and the exhaustion from focusing on everyone but yourself. Learn what makes you happy! What makes you thrive! Learn holistic, self-care that makes you feel amazing.
I have been on my own healing journey for 40+ years and so I know personally how much courage and effort it can take to heal and grow. I also know how amazing life and relationships can get as a part of that healing process; I wish that experience for everyone.
You will discover how to get things done at school, socially, at work, or at home. I can help you know what to do when you are procrastinating. We can work together to help you figure out how to face something that you are avoiding. By working together, we will go on a journey to help you feel better. I have decades of experience working with teens, young adults, and parents, especially with academic concerns.
